Giving is easy.  Open and print the Foundation's donation form or give online using our secure server.
Follow the steps below
1 Open and print the PDF donation form.

2 Enter your details.
Note: Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
3 Review the form to ensure your details are correct.
4 Sign your completed form.
5 Make your cheque payable to Dymocks Literacy Foundation.
6 Post the signed and completed form, along with your cheque to:
